glmMisrep 0.1.3 (2026-09-09)

2026-09-08
Upon installing glmMisrep, checks are performed to verify that the models return the expected output. For some of these tests, the tolerance for how far the output can deviate from expected results was slightly relaxed. Users should not notice any meaningful difference in their results when updating to this version.
One check that is performed is to verify that the user will be notified if and when the EM routine fails to converge. For the Poisson misrepresentation GLM, this check has been disabled in this version for the following reason: in r-devel-linux-x86_64-fedora-clang, running this test yields an uninformative execution halted error. In a future release, this check will be tested again.

Numerical tolerance for checking symmetry of the observed fisher information matrix was increased in the unit test for the Poisson GLM, located in 'Pois-testing.R'. No changes were made to functions available to users.

Minor changes made to unit tests so CRAN package check results could succeed. No changes were made to functions available to users.
